Today’s release of Corporate Governance Statement 2023 addresses the part of my last statement made about the changes and appointment of directors based on selection and experience, At this point in time we are approaching 12 months since consolidation was expressed and based on the the corporate governance statement share holders were misled by saying it would facilitate institutional investors and was necessary for future growth, I see this as breach of everything they speak about. Consolidation hasn’t worked in favour of shareholders and SP and we are at 0.0066 or 0.33.
Time for MGT to start announcing time line with water, DFS, and most importantly who are the potential investors???? You’ve had 12 months to get your project in order and the we are working hard story is running thin with shareholders.
My sentiment has changed to a hold as I will not buy anything more until we see some real progress and results.
