Just an opinion from a previous holder who sold out on consolidation being announced...

Everyone here seemed to assume the company at the time meant "specific investors have asked us to consolidate".

I never thought so - I read it as consolidation to be in line with their assumed very general investor expectations. Meaning, we are consolidating because investors are generally only interested in low SOI.

There were, in my opinion, never specific interested investors about to offer funding provided a consolidation occurred - and I think forum members wrongly took that to be the case.

Sorry to intrude, and not trying to inflame or antagonise.
