No wonder the TTY shareprice is being kept down with OM Holdings selling 3,040,000 shares in the past few weeks. According to the Annual report OMH held 18,000,000 shares on the 22nd Sept 2010, and now a month later they hold 14,960,000. They have most likely given up on the acquisition fairy tale too.
This added to the waffle in the Annual Report will keep the TTY shareprice at 30 cents for a long while yet.
Luckily, I own stacks of JML and ABY.
