What happens if GPR is not able to acquire 90 percent by Oct 13 ? today ann they are still at 82 percent only ? what I am asking is if they are not able to get 90 percent by Oct 13 , are they required to make a revised higher offer for all the 90 percent once more ( which will jack up their total cost of acquisition a lot ) ? I am asking this because market is smart and will not pull down GPR to 2.5 cents without any reason . KGD low price we can understand but why should GPR quote so low if they are going to get the asset ? kindly enlighten me
