    re: Ann: Change of substantial holder increas... Seals, anyway you look at it its messy and unecessary. MAK holders dont need it, some BON holders think that they are getting ripped of (I dont think so).

    " Having committed to the JV they will have to contribute to it or risk dilution by UCL who will have cash to push ahead full steam. MAK won't want that so they'll support BON to keep their share."

    MAK will have control of the board and by being the dominant partner wont be dictated to and besides, I seriusly doubt UCL will be around in any significant shape to throw their weight around.

    "That will mean that people will be able to acquire exposure to BON without concern for MAK and to do so they will be seeking to buy on market from a restricted float of shares - 51% of BON shares WILL NOT be available."

    Don't you think that they could have the same exposure with the added benefit of MAK's other plays by buying MAK?
    So why would they need to fight over BON's register?
