They are two different things
Key person risk relates to running the business and David is largely hands off and leaves it to Vlad and management who have continued a superb job.
Share concentration is separate and is a risk because David and his ex have a controlling interest and at any point in time they could enter a transaction which changes the nature of the company. Im ok with this risk as I think it will work out for the better, David has always said the business is for sale a the right price which I took to mean a figure in the $20's.
