The price is just following market sentiment at the moment, which also happens to coincide with yearly dips between dividend payouts, price will peg back up in July/August. Opportunity for entry and top ups IMHO. People need to look through the BS and see this is still going to pay out fully franked dividends of between $0.40(minimum) and $0.45 this year with lots of upside to finish IMO, which is a great buying opportunity.

You are right, it will bounce back - perhaps DDR need to put out a better full year earnings forecast when they do the half year announcement.
