I'm not too fussed on the key person risk. David is not overly involved and Vlad is very heavily invested. They are not overly reliant on any one supplier relationship so the business if well diversified and protected.The heavy concentration of share ownership is a bit of a risk but at the same time David has mentioned he will sell at the right time for the right price so at some point perhaps in the next 5 years DDR will receive a takeover offer that will be accepted and will be lucrative for all.
The 100% payout is ok with me too but if they reduced it that's fine also to improve the balance sheet like paydown debt.
