Just on major holders selling my take is -
AB's sale of securities...
It was only partial sale of 1 account for whatever reason.
He still holds significant securities in the other 10 accounts.....
In regards to BTC they haven't sold any stock, but they are/were an investment fund in the Australian Life Science sector, the sales would be simply a result of their change of business structure & sale of ALL investments not just Phylogica.
Here's a paragraph from their update in August 2010 -
"The Board has carefully considered a range of options for the future investment strategy of BTC and believe that the current portfolio should be liquidated in an orderly manner over the next 18 months with proceeds being returned to shareholders through a combination of dividends and other capital management strategies."
