Kin and Delphi are a good example for BRB to heed. I don’t think it was their intention to block the DCN takeover, Delphi aren’t that smart, rather they were trying to position themselves for takeover too (you want DCN you have to take us out too), but it backfired and Kin’s shareprice is down the toilet. Again, Delphi not that smart.
