Kin and Delphi were smart and gained over a 10% blocking stake making it impossible for genesis to reach the majic 90%, thats why im so perplexed in why tommy gun didnt buy a few more shares to guarentee this.
tommy guns only after a bigger payday for himself and thats it.
thats what it looks like to me anyway.
