The 21.7m crossed was EVN selling out. This represented 3.67% so no substantial shareholder notice required..Based on the respective volumes of RMS and MGV today these shares I suspect the buyer was an arb trader.
RMS have already declared their bid "Best and Final" hence there can no changes to the terms other than the ability to extend the offer.
