UBS and Jetosea have about 18% of MGV shares and I'm sure they are waiting until the offer goes unconditional so they can get their cash and RMS shares almost immediately. The stupid part of that is that if those 2 alone accepted the offer the bid would become unconditional and both RMS and us ordinary investors, who have already committed, would be inclined to view them as allies not obstacles.
