On P 20 of the offer doc it states that in the event the offer is improved, all Musgrave holders
would receive the increase.
However its not clear if an increase is offered after the closing date,whether or not those who
accepted beforehand would benefit.
My query, not covered by the doc, is: does the 50.1% acceptance level trigger compulsory aquisition
of all shares from those who did not accept the offer?
