If you want to hold onto MGV by all means do so. But probably don't expect the share price to rise much in the short term. I think there is a chance RMS may raise the price - but this will apply to those who have already sold. So not much benefit in holding out if that is your strategy. I don't think RMS has had a great uptake of the offer at this stage. (I accepted the offer)
