How do you figure $60m?
It will be at least $10m but beyond that it will be plus approx 20% of the market cap of RMS once it has approx 650m shares on issue.
20% of the market cap, that is the price for EXU in addition to the $10m.
The point being that the market cap will fluctuate and if things work out and the price rises a lot then so to will the value of that 20% rise as well.
How do you figure $60m? It will be at least $10m but beyond that...
