    259D incoming one expects, if they cant get a direct board appointment. I mean who wouldn't vote in favour of change right now!

    Expect some of all of the following soon:

    boot the board.
    sell the brand.
    strip the assets.
    return portion of cash to holders
    vend in some other retail brands
    sell those brands into china
