    To give some more context, whenever a substantial holder (more than 5%) has a movement of more than 1% they must give a notice of change of substantial holder, which details all the movements that led to the change. An entity could change infinitely without moving more than 1% net either way and not be required to disclose anything. However, the SPP resulted in a fair whack of dilution, which triggered the requirement to lodge the form. On paper MAY should be lodging one soon as well given they will have been diluted from the SPP.

    KBC has a lot of connected entities - HHY, Aurora etc etc which confuses things quite a lot. KBC are known to be vultures looking for cashboxes. See Yowie, Molopo, MEL amongst others. They jumped on MEL at the point of the NSW government settlement and to date seem to have behaved in the interests of the company. A change of control could mean anything though.
