Still deciphering, but appears that KBC have an indirect interest in shares held under the name of CS - effectively CS acting as a buying agent for KBC. The big purchase the other day looks to be an on-market move whereby CS sold a parcel of shares that they had acquired on KBC's behalf to KBC to hold directly. Weird that it occurred on market, rather than an off market transfer, but that's what the KBC portion near the top of the form implies.

The big positive though - KBC have historically voted in line with management.
