So what I find odd is that KBC engaged in a program of selling a net 35 million between April 22 and Oct 22 prior to the placement and effectively reduced their holding by 35 million shares which equates to 3.9% and not once lodged a change in shareholder notice.
And then having driven the price down to 2cps, from 4.5cps the board makes a placement to the seller at 2cps.
All the while KBC has a Director on the board of MEL.
