The above is a disgrace.

How does a major shareholder "forget" to lodge the relevant paperwork in 3 years.

I am hopeful the little investigation by the authorities (instigated by a few good people on the AUQ threads) really goes hard on the pathetic governance of these guys. The situation is even more dodgy the more things are exposed.

Meanwhile we are still waiting to hear regarding the interim fix amongst all the other vagaries (profitability, why the large cash raise, deferred payment terms etc).
