Not sure trying to get a better return for shareholders is the main priority for our two largest holders atm, control, low SP and dilution is the order of the day imo. Take a look at AMI, easy money for PRC and a great example of how things may work out here. Inaddition, some background research on Mr Paul Espie could be of interest to some.
Advantage PRC at this stage imo, could get interesting if APAC loose their appeal to the Takeovers panel, SP may just go for a run? Expect we will start getting some good news once the RI has been completed.
