I totally agree that the current situation is unacceptable for a public company and is definitely not a good sign because it likely means their auditors refuse to sign off the report. Its a massive red flag when it happens.
The technology and patents are indeed very valuable which is the reason I invested in the first place. Obviously it did not work out well yet for the company and for us investors.
It is interesting to that the company is more alive than dead and yet does not provide any updates on the big ongoing issue. I have not written them off yet, but realistically agree that a takeover with an unfortunate discount might be on the cards.
