Does remove the dreaded microcap dilution overhang - hopefully for good, with EBITDA positive by financial year end and I assume FCF neutral by early next. Obviously came at the expense of 20% more dilution, but at least that was done at a decent premium.
Successful NZ launch and a couple big new deals would get it going. These platform businesses are tough to scale but the payoff is large if they get it right.
