I've got MFD on my watchlist and was looking to build a starting position but I might delay after this.
Depends on their intention with their shares. There really isn't enough volume for them to get rid of these easily without materially impacted the price. They're also not >5% so won't have to give any notice as and when they do sell down. With any luck if they're interested in divesting the stock they will find an off-market buyer to protect the SP.
Time will tell.
