Not a good look at all. Founders of companies which have experienced success tend to have big egos in protecting their ‘baby’. They don’t just walk away without some ongoing opportunity, whilst the wife decides to resign as director, but remain as an employee. This is a full on board stoush and the Genius team are clearly unhappy with recent performance. I expect downward pressure in the market this morning. I’m happy to be well out of this now, but will look on to see what happens.
