His resignation probably not that surprising when you think about it.
" Mr Fotios has resigned to focus on his other responsibilities with listed gold developer Eastern Goldfields (ASX: EGS)".
The EGS board is actually made up of former GXY board members (Readhead, etc), who all know each other very well. This paves the way for Fotios to take back his Gold Interests from GXY that he originally had with GMM (Mercury Hill, Chesterfield, Mount Success, etc).
I believe AT would have no interest in starting up WA gold mines so it makes sense to sell these back to the people who are familiar with these WA projects and their records.
As we know 2017 will be all about SDV and James Bay.
