Ann: Change to Board of Directors, page-2

When I saw the heading "Change of Director" I was a little concerned as to "who" was retiring and just as importantly "who" would the new Director be. But Geoff Turner is 69 and has been talking about stepping down for a while.

Personally I don't see it as a big deal, in fact Alfonso will bring his own strengths plus new younger energy. The main contribution Geoff makes is as a very experienced Geologist and the release says he "will continue to provide services to the Company as a consultant in respect of the overall direction of the Company’s gold exploration".

Thats the real strength Geoff brings. So his services as a Geologist to NAGs, will continue, which is great.
