The problem for AGL is not the lack of consumption, it's the price at which they are forced to produce electricity.
Imagine turning off one of that coal powered generators for a couple of hours until the price goes up and then start supplying the highest bidder? Luckily for us, the market is over regulated and that is impossible, so enjoy the low prices while they last - both the AGL SP and the power bills
