Hey share_time,
seems like you have been around the block a few times.

Ive never been in this position with an RTO what’s the norm in the capital structure for existing share holders?

Would it be something like— for a $10M IPO we get say 1 for 2 existing shares in the new company then IPO price of 20c / share ( based off 100M SOI).

Surely we won’t receive 1 for 1 shares and I recon these guys are very low on cash now.
