I am aware of that Hamish. I guess I am questioning the timing. A few obvious questions, why not publish both at the same time? If the response is that they came at different times then the information was not managed well by the Company. Rule 101 with bankers, same info, same time. Both announcements after market close on a Friday to let the market stew over the weekend. Also, any credit down grade starts of with information from the company. As far as I am aware ( because of what the Company has published) it is essentially debt free ( Cliffs statements, not mine), so why the change of heart? Do the Math.
