Yes agree with that it will be a very interesting few months in the lead up to the AGM, a very weird set up despite great financials and a great pipeline and personally I think they will record a 2nd strike for those reasons you have listed as well as because the 1st strike was super strong as shareholders clearly fed up. Why not update the market on Vitiligo? Why buy less than 20000 shares total with a 1.5Million share buyback when shorts are increasing on a daily basis and manipulating the market constantly? Share price ridiculously low as management have stated so do something about it like applying upwards pressure with the buyback and remove some liquidity. Most analysts have Price targets in the mid $20s just on EPP - and I don't think analysts have updated forecasts since the EPS increasing buyback is running and the competition in Disc has flunked their EPP trial. One analyst pricing in blockbuster Vitiligo comes up with a PT near $50 and with a market update from the company on Vitiligo maybe some of those other analysts will also upgrade PTs. Comparison companies like Disc and Imugene show how little or no valuation is given to future expectations with cash printing CUV while many, many cash burning biotechs have all their valuation on future 'hope'. Either way it's clear IMO that artificially manipulated CUV is well undervalued and the company should be pumping as much into the first? buyback as they can to fulfil the buyback while shares are so far below PTs and 'decoupled' from realistic valuation as Clinuvel management stated. Just look at a 10 minute snapshot of trading today showing how shorters can knock 20c (1.3%) off the share price with no shares, no effort and no resistance from the buyback.
