    I will be one of many taking advantage of that offer with few concerns. It is true that the SP is currently below the offer, but that is not the salient number. To illuminate- Today traded less than $20k in value, not an untypical day, now just imagine if you had an on market interest to buy 25 million shares @ 30c how many would get filled ? That, in a nut shell is why 50 million in total shares @ .30 found an excess of demand.
