Let's say CBA is an even $102.50 and RRL an even $2.60. All I'm talking about is what has more upside in the next 12-months. Let's check back in then. RRL is a tiny fraction of my portfolio but I think it's undervalued.
I care nothing for the particular hill you seem to spend hours of every day defending. Banks were overpriced and came to earth now they're back in the sun. Each have their place.
My personal opinion is that the housing market in this country is an absolute ponzi scheme with the only way for many to be able to repay the loans is to sell to a higher future bidder.
Let's see where we are in 12 months.
