Yeah it is more 50% 50% though
I pay myself a wage then depending on how hard i work i get that as a distribution. So yes my job is performanced based.
Alot of people get paid a percentage of what they earn a business. Do you not think these CEOs are being paid extremely well? Where is the incentive to excell and provide SH value?
Okay performace right but if i was on 1 million a year i would hardly care about any added benifits.
