    I have a feeling that there is positioning going on as people feel that we may see IEF broken from ING RE and turned into a stapled operating platform with a hotel operation arm.

    I then think that the pending the outcome with ICON you will see the new entity take over that operation (assuming the worst) and the portfolio will be a mix of owner operator and lease.

    Just my opinion DYOR.
