With online voting and the ability to abstain from any resolutions that the holder does not quite understand, or feel strongly about, there really is no excuse not to vote. DB and other affected office holders must abstain from the resolutions that affect their remuneration etc, so there is a good chance of some of these resolutions going down if holders are not lazy.
