I find it interesting that the options and performance shares are well above where the SP is now, and subject to performance conditions of the SP, also well above where SP is now.

Regarding his cash pay - he would have been underpaid on $250,000. The guy lives and breathes this stuff. I think his new salary reasonable and I also think the ST cash goals are interesting.

This reads to me as a positive, because shareholders will at least have doubled the value of their holdings, if these incentives ever kick in. In turn, I also read this as a positive in respect of possible/probably/likely ST newsflow..
