I think the market says it all. No interest from investors because of uncertainty about ABM's financial position. What we are all potentially looking at is owning shares in a company with no income and no cash either. The vultures will swoop and there will be no alternatives. I for one hope that the panel allows the RI to go through and as many sh as can afford it to take up their entitlements. I know there are some sh who have a conspiracy theory that PRC are behind some sort of takeover by stealth. But what if they merely want the company to keep operating so that they might have a chance of recouping some of the $20 mill they have lost themselves? Best way to stop them having too much influence is to take up the rights. Why cut our respective noses to spite our faces?
