I will also add to this that Nestles has had a 100% owned subsidiary in China for 30 years. I am not sure how they started there but now.

So Jatcorp is following the big player again. Anyone who thinks this is a bad move is mistaken IMO.
Also of note is that any business activity of Hangzou JAT is additional business to what Jatcorp already has in milk products etc.
