If you knew anything about Kevin and his background you would know he is a metallurgist with an operational pedigree - whilst EQR has been going through an "operational phase" over the last several years, he has also assumed responsibility for the heavier corporate role of CEO - in other words, he has been wearing at least 2 hats (maybe even 3)

With EQR now having reached another level with 2 producing mines, a 3rd they are bringing into the fold and a downstream refining diversified operation which can add a "premium priced" product to their revenue stream, dont you think he has presided over enough successes and positioned the company well for the "next level" ?

Every mining company goes through this process where certain skill sets (and people) are required to reach a certain level and then move on to the next where the real underlying skill is to have a savvy and strategically focussed BoD to recognise who and what is required for each developmental phase.

Clearly you dont get it ......or, more likely, are just intent in flinging muck

If Kevin 's role going forward, as CTO, is to focus on continually tweaking grades and recovery rates, then I am a happy man.....after all, in case you hadn't noticed, these two things are what successful tungsten mining company's need to hang their hats on,,....Tungsten West, G6M etc failed because of these two things and have fallen on their sword......WE HAVEN'T , and you and many other shareholders should be thankful for the contribution Kevin has made and will continue to make.....his guiding achievements have undoubtedly and undeniably caught the attention of the international tungsten community and we have all benefited and will be benefitting even more so during 2025
