    I think you've got this partially right here, and I say partially as I don't believe it's because Kevin is 'pissed' at the board decisions but it is due to those decisions. Kevin's strength is in mining operations, improving recoveries etc. The acquisition of TGM and broader growth strategy needs someone looking at the 'bigger picture' of how to put all these pieces together and make a profitable enterprise. That's a different skillset than a person that has a fantastic metallurgical background and understanding of refining processes to get the most out of a mine. Keeping Kevin as CTO means EQR's mining processes should continue to be refined. Bringing in a new CEO means that we should then have someone that strategically determines how best to bring TGM into the group and which other mines we look to acquire (with Kevin's technical expertise to assess mine site potential).
