The conspiracy theorists are laughable.
Kevin came to do a job and that was to start Mt Carbine. He took the CEO role as that gave him full control of the project. EQR has grown as Gopher rightly says, he's main skill set is operational not strategy. The company is moving to another level and Kevin's benefit is operational.
To suggest anything else is pure speculation or making shit up.
