To right, this not a new direction. It would have made sense if it was done in the lead up to buying Salaro. Now it reads to me that Kevin has been thrown under bus. Because Scottm has said that the chair has been heavily involved the negotiating of these deals and the operational strategies.

CTO also seams a strange title. Has not the "technical" heavy lifting already been done at Salaro and MC, the expansion is just duplicating what is there. Although it fits with a part time role.

They have also added a highly experienced CFO which has already removed a lot of work / responsibility.

They mentioned TMG, but Mr Chen is going to run that, with most of the extra work falling to the CFO with budgets, cash flow, finance and governance.

But the big one, as pointed out by others. The highlighting at the end, of the areas the board feel the current CEO is deficient was completely unnecessary.

Now less than 2 weeks, before I will be able to again debunk the most laughable conspiracy theory of them all. That the company makes money.
