    So ... they set out in January to buy back about 25 million shares. To date they have sold 0 million (to the nearest million). But they have another month or so left, and the price now is only 3c above the price at the start of the buyback, having been a lot higher. So have they actually been quite smart (or just lucky)? Who really cares about whether they buy that many shares anyway - does it really matter in the scheme of things? Apart from the psychology (it doesn't look good).
