Thank you all posters for your questions and contributions. I have been holding GPT for some time now, and like other holders I believe this stock has solid fundamentals and is quite undervalued atm due to COVID but was a little surprised it's hardly discussed here on HC. Going forward, pretty sure the share price will recover as the pandemic fades. Even if this won't happen yet in the short term, for me good dividend yield is sufficient to invest in this stock. And to second the above comment, share buyback is usually a sign of responsible managememt.
