If the SPP is oversubscribed, why not accept the money(up to the limit of 15,000 per holder)? With all the recent news, it's obvious more funds will be needed soon to drill the cobalt find, establish graphene production etc. I suspect our new CEO would appreciate the flexibility a bigger bank balance would provide him.
