Everyone on this board has been complaining about Rod, and the Company's poor communication with the markets, and poor expectations of timelines that were not realistic. Whether he left on his own, was fired, or just time transition to the next phase, shouldn't all the complainers be happy? I'm one of those complainers, and I'm happy to see a change. Let's hope we are on to a better part of the cycle for GGG, because it's sucked so far! All in my opinion of course. Rod's flying first class to the beach, tray tables are down and loaded with nip bottles. On a serious note, did he get to take his equity with him, or did he have any unvested portion?
