Unless I have got it completely wrong we are in the accumulation phase and have been for some time. These latest developments will have been in the pipeline so kudos to @seagull. BUT! we need confirmation or it's all just air. Price needs to stay within the lines while waiting for a confirmed breakout to the upside. Should we go to the downside then all bets are off.
