Certainly not a negative. I was just commenting as i got the impression you thought cash situation was taken care of due to the share transaction. I guess mr Tribe cant buy substantially now on market or in placement without passing 20%. What happens if he does buy over 20% does that automatically trigger a takeover or does he just have to explain to asx why not?
The good thing i see is that mr Tribe is obviously not afraid to buy at market price, not looking for a deep discount. Hopefully if and when more cash is reqd that is the same.
I wonder if the change had anything to do with the cash position being blasted by consultants fees for this and last quarter causing 3mil cash burn rate per qtr??
